Hi everyone, i'm pretty new to MSE.

i'been reading your posts and they've given me loads of inspiration. I started week 2 today, i couldn't do the last run because I was running along a different route to my my normal one and it was very hilly. one of the 90 secs was all up hill! i nearly collapsed at the top:eek:

ive never run before and ive always envied people that run, so i really hope i make it to week nine.

    happy running everyone!!!

    Welcome to MSE :D

I did another run today. I still haven't managed to run 20 min non-stop, but I did 20 minutes: 14min run + 2 walk (got a stitch again!!!) + 6 min run. I am happy with my progress, and apart from stitch, I was happy running.

So, I am going to give it a pass and move on to week 6. I have only been on week 5 for 6 weeks (ok, I haven't been running for all that time...)

When I get stitches I tend to run through them, they go away for me after a couple minutes :)

Ah they actually came into the office on Friday when I was in Cardiff. I should be doing run 2 today but got my depo injection today so have a bit of a sore bum :rotfl: might have to leave it until tomorrow. Can't wait to try my new socks with my new trainers though :D

Just done Week 4 run 1 OMG it seems such a jump! I managed the both 3 min runs ok and did 4mins 50 secs in the first 5 min run but could only manage to do the last 5 mins in two parts!! Shall try again on Wed, all being well. Goodness knows how you all run for 25mins or so!!!

    Good Luck to you all.
