  • Well done Drea!! :T:j:D

belfastgirl that's such a great attitude, I need to start thinking a bit more like you! My prob is, I want everything and I want it NOW thank-you please! ;)

I'm glad to hear you're all building it up gradually! I keep feeling as though I should practically be able to run a marathon within about 6 weeks!

I didn't go for a run tonight :o I went for a brisk 4 mile walk instead! Not quite the same, but I was out moving in the fresh air nonetheless - and also covered more distance than I would've running I suppose

    xx

I'd probably right click then click Save As, you could save it to your desktop just now for easy access to it. Then you'd have to put it onto your mp3 player, I have no idea about that though. I've used ipods for years.

When you connect your MP3 player to the computer, it should open up a new driver (I, J or whatever). You can then drag your saved MP3 file from above onto the MP3 driver.

Hope that helps, I'm non-techie so not good at explaining!

OOPS - quoted wrong person - hopefully it will make sense!
    Now proud Mumto3 :j
  • Evening,
Well I didn't run yesterday as took your advice about having a rest day.
Today I walked about 3-miles into town and back...

I went for my run late today (baaaaad idea) and just got back now. I have the worst headache as it was windy and cold, but thought I had to go just to keep in a routine -- no making excuses and letting the weather stop me.

So, wk2 run2 was quite hard. The first four reps felt ok, then the final two were torture. I don't know if it has something to do with a) running lateer than usual (9.15pm), b) running about an hour after eating, or c) because earlier I'd done a lot more walking than usual?

But anyway, it's done now and I feel better than if I'd just not gone out at all.

Sorry where is the download option ? when i right click on postcasts in mp3 for week one I have -
    open
    save target as
    print target
    copy shortcut
    etc
    anyone ?
  • You need to left click, not right :) At least it works that way for me. Then the download option pops up and gives the option of either 'open with:' or 'save as'. HTH.

Sorry, I didn't read further up the post to see you'd already done that :o

Hmm, when I right click I have the option to 'save link as' and then it downloads to wherever I want to save the file. I am using firefox, not sure if it's different in other internet browsers.
Apologies if that's no use to you at all... maybe someone on the techie board might be able to help you.

Is it saved somewhere on your computer? I'm confused. I think it must be saved if it's playing in your media player.

You need to find the folder that it's saved into (might be called 'my music' or something similar, then open up the mp3 drive and drag the mp3 file from the folder it's save in and onto the mp3 player drive.
