AAAAArgh. Had just written a really long post and then lost it.
Good morning everybody. Week 6 run 2 done today ,though I am struggling a bit. Might repeat today rather than face the 25 minute run on Friday:eek:
Morning Chipps and skintlass more morning people:D I walk my dogs before I run too . I think of it as part of my warm up although my dogs are very slow!
Belfastgirl23 when you say you did 2.5 miles in 25 minutes did this include your warm up? I managed 2.3 miles today but that included my warm up and it was in 36 minutes. Snails pace I know but I am working on it. Congratulations on how well you are doing by the way. I don't know how you have time to fit in that much exercise.
Welcome to belfastgal.Have you run yet? mumto2 did you enjoy the Indian? How many runs will it take to make it calorie neutral?;)
Keep going everybody got to go and get on with some work!
Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D

Definitely a morning person - if I wait until after work my motivation drains away.

Loads of activity on here - well done everyone!!! I don't know how you early birds do it - it takes every bit of will power just to drag myself out of bed in time for work, let alone getting up even earlier for a run!!!

I did wk1 run 3 last night - not sure if it's getting any easier but I managed to complete all the runs without dying - roll on wk2 starting tomorrow!

Hi Teachergirl, I will guiltily admit that my warm up consists of walking to the corner :) and then I start running so the 29 mins is purely running time. so probably much the same time wise as you. Good to hear it isn't just me, DH is loads faster and it would be easy to get disheartened.

I am sat in work and I am armed with a banana and some brazil nuts. At around 4pm I will eat them :rotfl:

I will be doing my last run of week 1 later today. Doesn't look as warm as it did on Sunday so hopefully it will be a bit easier.
