I don't think I will either to be honest, and the other downside is that you don't actually get to see what the full programme is in advance, you're just told by e-mail every day, so can't even see how they're intended to build it up!
It does say you can repeat days/weeks as necessary, so I'll probably be doing quite a bit of that!!

Wow Crap_with_money.com I'm with drea that sounds impossible. I suppose it might depend on how fit you are to start off with. Have a look at the one we're following. Even with 9 weeks some of us find it too difficult:oEnough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0

Trust me, my current fitness is non-existent! :rotfl:It probably is impossible, but I'm in no hurry, if I need to repeat a few weeks it's not the end of the world!
What do you teach?

Just back from Wk3, run 2. First time I haven't really enjoyed it
. Got a stitch just into the first 3 min run.
Not sure if it's because I wasn't syched up for it - perhaps thinking about the indian tonight.
On the plus side, before I started doing this I took measurements of my waist/thighs. Re-did them today and have lost over an inch from both :T Just think how much I could have lost if I'd stop eating chocolate
Good luck everyone, happy running!Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -

Hhhhhmmmmmm - you're not wrong skintlass!! I took a wander to a local park today planning to sit down and get on with some studying, but I went in at the wrong end and ended up on a 50 min trek across lots of fields/hills - my hip joints are so sore tonight I can hardly walk - it's actually ridiculous that I've let myself get so unfit!
Hopefully it'll have eased off for day 2 of the regime tomorrow!!
Well done mumto2 it takes quite a lot of willpower to keep going when you're not enjoying it or finding it tough!! :T
Teachergirl I'm a student Biology teacher just now - only 2 months 'til I qualify!! - Well, hopefully anyway!!
