I know it's not everyone's choice but I've seen some chidlren's lives turned around. It has to be carefully monitored of course.
Yes I would absolutely, my friends son has some form of ADHD, like a distant relative of it and was put on meds and the mum reckons that within the day she could tell the difference and the day he forgets to take his meds he reverts back to how bad he was and that she thanks the day the meds came into her life so yes absolutely, the very best for my son always and if it is meds so be it.:D0 -

Beanie - go to top left of this page, just above the 1st post on this page you will see the word 'views' (under the Like it? Red heart) click on the little down arrow and it will take you to your first unread post. Best to do this on the first page otherwise if you do it on this one now, it would only take you back (I think) to the begginning of this page on not any further, even if there were posts on the previous page you hadn't read.
Eric - thanks to granny I have now googled FUBAR and this does not sound good:(. Very very sorry, when you have been working so hard to turn things around.
Victory - are your numbers stabalising?
Granny - yup, another lb, but that was one of the 2 I ut on while you were on hols:D

i have a niggling thigh strain that is slowing me down--its an old injury that i would love to have seen by a specialist--do chiropractors do things to hamstrings or would it be a physio??
Sports massage might also sort it out for you but maybe speaking to a GP first might be a good idea but I don't know how your system work's in the foreign lands
OMG Eric I hope you manage to get yourself sorted, and please don't leave us you have been doing so well. I really hope it is not as bad as I think you think it is (If that makes sense)Eric_Pisch wrote: »

Missy - I know you are the expert...... what would you recommend reducing your BMR by to have a steady weight loss. I have read the websites but anything from 1200 to 500 is a little too vague for me. I wonder of you know something a little more exact :ARestarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

--Lynsey i did my hamstring in messing about and trying to do the splits while dancing,i was 34 and not as subtle as my teens when i last did them.it never mended back to 100pc and i have just lived with ocassional knot like flare ups down the back of my thigh--i would guess its too late because im 47 now and too late to rectify completely.i dont have a doctor where i am and just go to specialists privately.i worry more about my old age and mobility--only 18 years til i collect my pension lol-its better today but i would like a specific exercise to try reduce its impact on my exercise now and the future.mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0
