    Thanks de1amo,
A physio would see to the problem for you, usually sports related injuries are referred to physio.
How did this injury come about?

    Hi guys,

I survived my mexican, but when i was in the shower i noticed a rash all over me! Its all gone now thank the lord but it just goes to show, if you dont like something there might be a reason why!

Im going speed dating next week haha. My ex lecturer doesnt know we are yet so i hope she takes it in good humour. Some of the people going are married so were all organising fake lives for ourselves!

Weight loss is defo starting today, im thinking of going out for a walk in a bit, either that or im going to have a work out on my new lateral thigh trainer!

    see you all soon :)

I am really starting to get worried about you now Eric, please let us know how you get on tomorrow (only if you feel like sharing of course). Did you overdo it with the exercise?

Tonight is the little ones school assesment, the teachers know he is a trier but cannot do, his hospital assesment is next week and still no answers, it may be a sub catergory of ADHD called sluggish competitve tempo, heard of that gs? Sure he displays some of the symptons but not all.
Well, that's a new one on me Victory, I've had to google sluggish cognitive tempo. If he truly has a variant of ADHD would you consider trying medication? I know it's not everyone's choice but I've seen some chidlren's lives turned around. It has to be carefully monitored of course.

Granny - I'm OK, struggling a bit, if I'm honest and unsure what to do for the best.
Look after yourself Sary - sounds as if you're trying to make major decisions about something. Don't rush it, sometimes not deciding to do anything at all for a while is the answer.

    BB another pound!

Eric you are doing so amazingly well. I had to google the acronym you used  .... I hope you're exaggerating? Sending you good wishes for tomorrow and a positive outcome.
