STS for me but not too worried (yet) 14 WIs to go. Just did a lot more exercise than I planned on this evening, was going to go for a run after but think I'll just do some stretching.

So much for losing half a stone in April............... gained 2lbs!!

This makes me a pound more than I started this month. Still has been a really stressful month, DH changed jobs, death of a very close friend and yesterday my dad was taken into hospital......................things can only get better.:(

Congrats to all the losers this week, hopefully I will be joining your club soon!

    Hi

Fred - can you put us both down as STS this week please.

Eric - love the chillies idea! Apart from getting you going, chillis are also supposed to be good for weightloss as they increase the metabolism - more curry over here please! :p

De!amo - there's fibre in potato skin, so jacket potatoes and new potatoes are good as long as you eat the skin. Not sure about other high fibre fruit and veg.

Hugs to Sary, KPC, Fi and anyone else having a difficult time at the moment.

    Lois & Superman :)

p.s. have you noticed you can now 'unthank' people? I guess that's for when you thank someone by mistake, or maybe it's if you start off agreeing with their point of view and then change your mind!

thanks for the info on the biscuites victory i saw the ad recently and thought they looked good - I dont like having a heavy breakfast early in the morning so tend to have a nature valley granola bar or weightwatchers cranberry oat biscuit. will look out for these in the supermarket.

I'll be honest....i thought it was tuesday this morning! so I forgot to weigh myself! (wonder if it was forgetfulness or really just my subconscious stopping me??!!)
So please put me down as a STS which is ok i suppose - have been a bottomless pit/choc munching beast this week (blame totm??) but have got all cross with myself this afternoon and removed all bad food from the house - OH is taking it all to work tomorrow - so its out of my hands, literally!

Well done all the fab losers. Fingers crossed I will be one of you soon.

Does anyone have any tips on good things to eat in the afternoon? I have a bit of trouble and always end up getting low cal crisps, but they are still greasy and salty but i dont know what else to have - i know fruit is good but it does absolutely nothing to curb my sugar cravings...

Well it is blackish, with other splashes, but it's a step in the right direction, innit! :rotfl:
