STS for me this week, though how I do not know!! I haven't quite been on the see food diet but somewhat close to it. Although only having dietish food in the house helps, means I go to the fridge and pick up low fat, low sugar crap instead of the large bar of dairy caramel that I would have eaten all off before January.
I am so glad I found this group, :j all my dieting friends have fallen off the wagon and are not keen to get back on, it's obviously not the right time for them, but it does leave me feeling a bit out on a limb when they order my absolute nemesis of chocolate caramel shortbread.
Here's hoping for a loss again next week, I am back on track again (for now) Oh well off to work again.
You never know how strong you are until you have no other option.0 -
STS for me please Fred. I couldn't face the scales this morning, my impacted wisdom tooth is annoying me at the moment and it's sparking off my throat, totm came a week early and my hayfever has kicked in. Shotgun anyone? On the brightside I can't eat so next week should be a good one.0

Well done to all the loosers:j:j:j:j:j not going to trouble myself with the scales this week in view of the sugar comsumption to stay out of hospital, I feel really lousy today and the putting one foot infront of the other is a huge task:rotfl: I guess it is the body giving up:rotfl: the doc says see how it is on friday, take blood tests, bin all your insulin and start again and test sugars every 2 hours oh how my fingers hurt:rotfl:
My brother is coming here on saturday ,1st time he has seen the house and has a new girlfriend with a little one same age as mine so they will play together, he wants to go to see our mum on the same dates and so is hoping they will get along and play together.
Tonight is the little ones school assesment, the teachers know he is a trier but cannot do, his hospital assesment is next week and still no answers, it may be a sub catergory of ADHD called sluggish competitve tempo, heard of that gs? Sure he displays some of the symptons but not all.
Just making OH his birthday cake, he hates chocolate cakes but the boys love it so compromising with sponge cake with a slight coating of chocolate spread icing.:D
We bought those breakfast biscuits advertised on the tele and the boys love them and so does OH we did not have them for breakfast, it says on the box to have dairy, fruit and the biscuits what is the point to that?:D They are moorish and 50 cals a biscuits, come in packets of 4 and half price at morrisons.0 -

Peppop - hope you feel better soon. Life is just like that sometimes, and seems to like to overload us with !!!!. I don't know if anyone else is as old & grey as me and can remember the show Crackerjack, and the game Double or Drop where you had to hold all the prizes, stood on a podium, the one not to drop won. Well, I think life is like that sometimes, you have to contend with a mountain of issues sometimes, and it's overwhelming.
Granny - I'm OK, struggling a bit, if I'm honest and unsure what to do for the best. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

lo all, hope you are all well. not been finding tme to post lately, must do better. I'm going to get back on the wagon properly from the beginning of next so taking my baby steps this week - cut out hte snacking and eating for no reason, lengthen the walks etc. I feel like I'm pretty much on top of everything else so there are no excuses for not getting to grips with my weight.0
