    CONGRATULATIONS HEZZA, AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Welcome to all our newcomers. Post often for maximum support. We all look forward to getting to know you better.

Well, it's TOTM for me, and a grim one at that, so not surprised with a +2lb or me this week, which will no doubt be all gone again before next week, so I won't stress about that, as it's the usual scenario.

I spent the morning baking today, and that actually does wonders for making me not want to eat, as being surrounded by food, and the smell of it just keeps me from eating any. I made packed lunch stuff, like flapjack and carrot muffins, and then was making h/m pizza this evening, which I only had a small piece of for tea, with a big salad for lunch and dinner. Trying to keep away from the carb laden bread, as it's my big downfall, and has been luring me once again recently.

Tomorrow I will be starting to bake yet another birthday cake, as it's another of my boys' birthdays this weekend, and my step-son's too (altho' I don't have to do his cake until next Monday as he's away). I won't be picking at that either as it's going to be a chocolate cake - white & dark alternate layers, and I don't really like that much, and the smell makes me feel a bit icky.

I've been out in the garden and greenhouse again today, and am loving the moments of dry sunshine we've been getting, which all means I can get out and about more.

Well done with the losses this week guys, looks like a fab week for most, and hang on in there Eric, it will all come together nicely for you, you work too hard at it for it not to.

Too fast for the stopwatch to be started:o
