Forgot to say BIG WELCOME to all the newbies: post often is the best way to get support (and have fun).
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Here's this weeks chart:

    24Mar10.jpg

    Congrats to our SoTW Dinah93.

Well done and keep up the good work to everyone who's lost weight or sts, commisserations to the gainers, next week is a whole 7 days away so pick yourself up and keep trying.

Welcome to all the newbies - I've added you onto next weeks chart ready. Because there are so many of us I only show those who've posted a result. If you go 2 months without posting a result you are removed from the chart.

Please post your results in Big, Bright colours - I do the chart very late to give people who go to WW classes a chance to post their result - which means that my eyes are tired and prone to missing or misreading result. If you don't know how to post in big and colourful just let us know and I'll explain how.

If I've got anyone's results wrong please pm me and I'll fix it for next weeks chart.

    Im a newbie to Lose 29 ,
I'm Janie , 47yrs , married and currently at home due to a bad back , normally i do quite an active job , but suffice to say my activity levels have gone down .
Im 4ft 10in and currently weigh 10 stone 6lbs , I'm also 11 weeks smoke free , which has been hard but glad im free of the dreaded white stick ,
I do have an awful lot to lose , well i reckon 2 stone at least .
I will be doing a combo of WW and working out on my wii fit when my body allows me to .
I would welcome any advice thats needed to whip me into shape !!!

Thanks peeps!! Back to earth with a bump today, back out on the road helping OH so I've made some soup and a feta salad for my lunch for when I get into the office later this afternoon. OH is going to be making the most of me being around for the next 2 days so no time to be idle.. :D Busy night tonight, both kids are in school performances - but a two different schools at the same time! We will need to be at DS's for 6pm, finish there at 7pm-ish, pick him up (hopefully changed out of his monster costume & make-up!!) then scoot across town in time to catch DD in the second half of the talent show at her school (she advises us she is on nearly last so hopefully we wont miss her)!!! No time to eat then!!! :rotfl:

had any one heard from mirry latley?? after her huge loss on the first week, i was wondering how she was getting on?

    xx

No, she's gone a bit quiet, after a fatastic first week she was STS for 2 weeks but I hope she hasn't got disheartened; there are a couple of us on Harcombe now so she can always come back for advice and support.

    Hi everyone!

Happy belated bday Hezza and congrats on the job that is great news.

Sorry for not posting for the chart, it was quite delibrate as I was so ashamed of myself putting on 4lbs this week after being SOTW last week, shame on me!!! I realise that I non hunger eat and I really need to deal with it unless it will mess up my weight loss...

So I will start afresh again...

Welcome to all the newbies...stay connected and keep posting! Well done Dinah on being SOTW and well done to all losers and STS'ers, if you gained like me, all we can do is pick ourselves up and keep going! This is for life

Have a great day all... QT
