Victory - I bet that 6lb is gone again by next week. It's just water, you know that, because you've eaten as normal this week. Still not nice to see the figures there tho, huh?

    Nope:D..............................................................................................

-2lb for me this week please. Thanks Fred.

It's been an up and down week for me but I'm glad to have lost last week's gain. I really didnt deserve it TBH, think last week was MOTM for me which makes me bloat and put on weight.

Victory - sorry about your gain, I'm sure you'll get it off again next week.

Well done to all losers and STS's

brightonbelle am I going to have to come back over there to sort you out?:rotfl: I'm glad you're feeling better. Fingers crossed for the boiler saga.

i calmed down yesterday and ate sensibly with 4hourly gaps for food--i was getting very tetchy with the family!
i went to see a nutrionalist today who did a full computerized scan of all my body and its metabolism--i have normal muscle mass --there is loads of data which i will digest with my wife's translation--my body fat level looks like 25.5pc equating to 10,9kgs--and as i suspect my ideal weight is 70kg-its where i have always thought myself as fit!--it is a very clever scanner --does that fat ratio seem high??-i am trying to decipher in turkish!

I haven't been on this thread for a couple of months, since I came on here singing and dancing, that I'd lost 10 Lbs in less than a week and weighed 19.4 stone.

I fell of the wagon a bit but the important thing is that I didn't put it back on. Well okay I put llb back on, but I can live with that. So today I am weighing in at 19.5 stone.

Last night I saw a programme (well it was about 1am this morning) predicting the date you die, due to your diet, drink, smoking, exercise, blood pressure etc - a bit like ('honey' we're killing the kids').

I saw a guy 2 years older than me (42), similar weight, a fireman, with a prediction that he would die when he was 62. He looked like me too. Had a couple of kids, like me and a beautiful wife er.......... like me ;)

I actually felt like throwing up. Never slept. This morning had a bowl of muesli, couple of apples for dinner with 2 ham cobs and a bowl of tuna pasta for tea. I'm back on folks.

I'll check back the posts see how you are all getting on.

    Cheers
    Steve

de1amo - have a look at this chart for body fat % ranges. Also worth mentioning that all methods of calculating body fat carry some degree of error (up to 5% or so).

Congats to everyone who's posted up a good result today! Keep up the good work! :D

The thing I remember most about Petrichor was when she said she watched several different tennis matches at the same time on different tvs in the room (or something like that?!) :D
