Hezza and Fellpony - my thoughts are with you during your tough times. Hezza your MiL sounds like a wonderful woman I'm sure she's left a great legacy in the lasting impression she's made on your family.

FP I hope you get some better news for your DD soon - I'm sure you're sick of people telling you not to worry - but it's what parents do.

    Morning all,

Hezza - I'm so sorry to hear the sad news about your MIL. She sounds like a wonderful, inspirational woman, who has clearly left a huge impact, and much love with you all. Take care, and we'll all still be here when you're up to returning xxxx

Fellpony - That sucks! Well done for realising how you were feeling, and could have reacted. I do the same thing when I get anxious, and could easily fall into a chocolate counter given the opportunity. How is DD in herself, is she feeling much better?

BB - good luck with the exhibition, and nerve-wracking though it may be, how terribly exciting!!
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

HEZZA AND FELLPONY - my thoughts are with you both.

Todays food plan is a bit messed up because i have practically no food in! So breakfast/lunch will be home made popcorn with a sprinkling of low sodium salt which always fills me up and feels like a treat at the same time! I used to have this for lunch a couple of times a week last year when i "couldnt face proper food" and was losing weight well so should be ok. Dinner is going to be 1 of the turkey breast steaks that has been lurking in the freezer with new potatoes and carrot and swede mash so healthy nutritious dinner :)

Probably not today, but I am having a lot of HM popcorn! I cant really concentrate on food properly at the minute till i finish uni but I have given myself strict instructions that once i graduate im going to start doing a good combination of exercising and will actually start doing the dreaded calorie counting to work out how much food i need to keep me going with the exercise but still lose weight :o
