Fell and hezza - Thoughts are with you both.

Guess who forgot to weigh in. Thankfully as the 2lb that I lost last week is back on :rotfl:So will need to work extra hard to get it off again.

Been feeling really miserable this week, went to salsa class last week and it was great fun. Sadly my stupid knee wouldn't hold up, so have been in a wee bit of pain all week. Did go to water aerobics on Tuesday tho, and managed to do the whole work out, so knee must be getting better.

Just back from a heavy day at work and off to swallow some pills and head to bed for an hour or 10 :rotfl:
    4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j

Probably not today, but I am having a lot of HM popcorn! I cant really concentrate on food properly at the minute till i finish uni but I have given myself strict instructions that once i graduate im going to start doing a good combination of exercising and will actually start doing the dreaded calorie counting to work out how much food i need to keep me going with the exercise but still lose weight :o

    Ok I won't start worrying then. :)

I have the results of two more of my modules, the 1st one was 100% the second 80% and the third 80%, gutted, I guess the supervisor was right, can't get 100% in all the modules, don't expect it and now she can crow like a good un when she gets back off her hols and finds out:D

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, it must have worked becauser our consultant phoned this afternoon, (she had sent the results over to the Freeman hospital, heart specialists, in Newcastle) the head man over there has looked at the results and decided that there is a thickening in the heart wall but that everything is otherwise fine. We are still going for more echocardiograms but at least we can all sleep tonight. We feel like popping open the champagne BUT know its full of empty calories and I can do with out them at the minute!!

Victory 80% is a good result, don't let the crow spoil something that you have worked hard for, I know I would be happy with 80% results in anything I do!!
