    Victory~How much are the zotrum?

£11.99, adios is the same but the maximum strength is £15.99, thought often about taking adios max strength but then there is no proof it works apart from mind over matter, 3 month study of dummy pills and adios, the dummy pills people lost as much as the adios because they believed they were taking something to help them, the zotrim is heavily backed by USA studies that give proof they work and are flying off the shelves:D

Uhm putting the burger down seems a better option for side effects of hallucinating, severe headaches where you just can't walk, black hole moods, diarohea so severe there has been cases of not being able to get off the loo for up to 3 days:eek: seems to me putting the burger down is just fine:D

I think its the same reason that people take up these bizzare and often dangerous fad diets, the problems not "me" being a pig and eating to much and never exercising it has to be I am eating the wrong combinations of food, "I" just need to find that magic combination of things that will make the weight fall off, look at the lengths some of the sado's go to avoid all carbs, barmy totally barmy

anyone could loose weight perfectly effectively on a 100% sugar cube diet, you wouldn't be able to eat much and you would probably loose all your teeth and become diabetic but you could easily maintain a 2lb a week weight loss on a 100% refined sugar diet.

Depends on the size of the portion! Just kidding as I don't count calories, I go to Slimming World which means that I can have as many as I like! I would have to syn the oil unless I was using it as a HEB or you can also use actifry instead of oil, but I personally think a couple of syns for a tsp of oil is worth it!

    Hiya

Thanks for the chart Fred and well done Marion :T

Interesting the topic is Alli and other slimming pills, as I saw the voucher for £15 off Alli at Loyds Chemists and decided to do some research on the web. I'm not going to waste my money, the side effects sound horrendous, but also, I think it would probably work better for someone who has a very unhealthy diet to begin with. I'm overweight, but I've made lots of effort over many years to reduce my fat intake by avoiding processed meats, buying lean meats and trimming visible fat. OH and I also avoid high fat foods, we rarely eat peanuts or crisps, chocolate, pastry, cakes, or foods containing lots of cream. We eat small amounts of cheese, and use skimmed milk and low fat yogurt. I think if people want to try it and meet the criteria of having a BMI over 28 they should go to the doctor and have it prescribed rather than paying a high price for a lower dose tablet. Having said that, the blurb states that people will only lose weight if they are following a low fat diet, which should make them lose weight anyway!

Eat sensibly and exercise more - that's the way forward!

    Catch you later,

    LL :)

    Marion

    thats the advantage for me

i adjust the portion size up and down depending on how many cals i have spare at the end of the day, tonight i had about 400cals left which was about 3 medium potatoes

100g of spuds is about 70 cals
10ml of oil is about 90 cals

a large jacket is about 250g and 10ml of oil is plenty for that, 265 cals in total, infact its less because when you measure 10ml of oil 1-2 mill stays in the spoon and 1-2 mill is always left around the bottom of the pan
  • Maybe I should ask for one for my birthday next week :o

I like the idea of roasted veg what did you use Retiredlady? I like roasted courgette, red onion and peppers would that work?

Sorry for asking so many questions but I am sat on the fence and can't decided if one is needed or not :rotfl:
