Well I am over the moon to announce that I can report a 4lb Loss please Fred :T:T:T

Thanks to the wonderful things I read about plateau's posted by Victory and trying to look at things differently I have managed to jump off my 1lb a week stage. :A
I have also just finished an 8 week biggest looser session on the wii and was the biggest looser so on a whole I am in a really happy mood :D

Well done on all the other losses and STS coming in, looks like most of us have had a good week. To everyone else, if I can turn my losses around I hope the information on here helps for you as it has made a big difference to me.

Have a good evening everybody x

Swimming this week - a crash course at the little pool I go to. Swimming lessons every evening. I can now kick and do the back-stroke properly, so that's an achievement

Maybe that teeny tiny weeny gain could be a bit of muscle from all the swimming?

0.2 kg is so tiny I don't think you should worry about it. The fact that you're being active and even improving your swimming is so much more impressive. Well done you!

Victory -- you are gettting to be as naughty as Vixarooni. I think it's that Eric - he's a bad influence. (Granny goes off wagging finger meaningfully)

Well done all you magnificent losers and STSers (and that includes you MC)

gs always loved with a passion Antonio and was annoyed photo bucket would not work so spent more time than necessary on it and then lo and behold the gay website that came up while googling had lots and lots of nude photos of him and now my screensaver is a full frontal antonio, maybe deleting very soon when OH spots it:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

İ sat next to this guy on a flight between london and paris -i thought he looked cool --wearing his sunglasses and baseball hat backwards with a broadchest -he was reading a film script -we past pleasantries (this is in economy) near the end of the flight a little girl came up and asked for his autograph and i saw him scrawl ANTONİO BANDERAS-i was still no wiser til i got to my destination and asked my then wife!!
i went to the gym to swim and ended up doing a full work out despite saying it was a rest day!--near the end i abruptly ended a fast walking machine with the stop button and felt my hamstring twinge--it feels ok this morning but i will learn to do the exercise until the cool down has finished in future.--definately only swimming today because i think its a sign!!
    mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.
