and you know what those classic adds are not on utoob :(

I have lucked out with my condition in some ways, this new drug cost $1 billion to develop and is the first new one for this condition in 25 years and has only been approved for a few weeks for use in the UK! Oh and my surgery now has a portable INR machine which take 2 mins to test your blood thickness, 9 months ago you had to wait for 3 hours at the hospital for the results....

Don't give up, we all know we can lose weight, how to do it in theory, and also all the benefits for us if we lose weight. We all have bad[STRIKE] days[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]/weeks/months/[/STRIKE]years* (* delete as appropriate) but we also know if we stick at it we will get there even if we get incredibly frustrated on the way.
:o:o Errrmm hi guys, Its me again.....can I come back please???

After a year of not being in control, the switch flipped in my head the other day (after seeing awful photos of myself at my mums birthday party:eek:).

Now that I've clicked!!! I have restarted cd.

So put me back on the chart please Fred. My start date was 05.07.10.

I have 3 weddings coming up very very soon and my 40th at the end of August this year so if that isnt a goal to aim for, I dont know what is...

So, work today got told off for 1 hour, wasting his time etc, no one is to blame, blame cannot be apportioned, just bad luck I went into the shop when supervisor was at docs, had she been there none of it would have been in writing, the test would have been taken done.

Boss said last in first out, me, supervisor lapsed to tell me but I should have known and asked about the test, no more letters, supervisor and I seem not to get on, will have meeting to air , no need to take it further, I have the individual but not the team idea, next time head office and one leaves, me, I'm guessing this was just a telling off chat as no proceedure i.e verbal warning etc were discussed?

He showed supervisor my private and confidential letter.

Boss back from hol and says it all went to pot whilst he was not there, that everyone has to get on, respect each other, value their position within the team ,communicate, be proactive, decisive, all singing from the same hymn sheet etc and that is what is not happening, boss says he does not want a repeat of this as we are all ladies of a certain age that should be able to resolve without him being involved.

Boss not interested in blame, that mud sticks, the injustice of being accused of something that was not my fault etc he wants it done over with.

Told him about the other incident when blamed for old tickets on new products, he said my fault, happened weeks ago, should have spoken up loudly then and not now.

Supervisor also had 1 hour of talk this morning, cannot be put together, so I have done something I thought was fab but now what do you think?

On the hol board, placed my name for this sat off, OH says she will notice immediately tomorrow and that it was never been on the board before and question it and boss will say me avoiding (that is the only sat I see her before my hols in 3 weeks time as she then is on her hols and we overlap until the 3rd week in August)

Trying to prevent a showdown before my hols, to keep my job, finish the modules, and leave before pushed, supervisor will know as she constantly looks at board I put it there....
