hello all - dreading WI tomorrow. after last week's good result I am not looking forward to paying the price of three days of munching. Have been ok today but still quite high SW syns. And I haven't been to the gym in nearly a week - will do my best to go tomorrow.

Good luck for WI everyone, and well done to everyone who already logged a loss

OK - I know I have said it before but can I go back on the chart please? I hope that I am properly focussed this time and need to get back on the wagon seriously. Lost 4.8 lbs in last 2 weeks and weighing in tomorrow. (I know you have heard it all before....but please can I come back? Please pretty please?)

I've not taken you off the chart :D

Do you want to be pinked and restart on the chart (I'll add your 4.8lb loss for the last 2 weeks if you are).

Aww Eric, a loss is still a loss and is much better than a gain or sts!

Which is what I'm posting, just for a change :rotfl:

    STS please Fred

Suppose I should be glad that although I have been staying the same a lot, I haven't put the 3 stone back on. And should be glad that I'm maintaining. However, it's bl00dy frustrating that I still can't get it down any more.

Maybe I should take my x back and split up with him again just to kick start me into action :rotfl:

2lb loss for me please Fred! :j

So pleased with this, as I went off track Sat-Mon. But I am proud of myself for not freaking out, quitting the diet altogether and binging like I used to! :D

Well done Mazza for STS - if you're getting frustrated is there anything you can change to kick start your body again? perhaps change your routine a bit?? Still, 3 stone down  that's amazingly impressive, well done.

Eric sorry you're not losing as much as you'd like and you're in pain :( hope you feel better soon. A loss is still a loss, and it's very admirable that you are going through all this stuff with your heath but still managing not to gain. Chin up.

Poxy +2LB gain for me :mad::mad::mad::mad:

So frustrating after a week of trying to get my head around this SW lark, but a result like that makes me even more determined to suceed. Went out for dinner with friends last night, only had the one course & followed SW principles to the letter - a basic pasta dish with a tomato -based sauce and one glass of wine. So pee-ed off I cant speak.

Well done betty & eric for your losses.:T (grrrrrrr.....)

I didn't get included in the chart last week.

    This week, STS.

    That's 74.6 kg.

However, this is a loss overall in the last few weeks. I was stuck between 75 and 76 for months on end.

This Sunday we are having the summer Family Day at church, which involves an All-Age Worship service and then everyone off to a local park for a picnic and games. Last year, 12th July, I weighed 79.6 kg. So, lost 5 kg over the year. That's 11 pounds.

We're away on holiday next Monday, drive to Swansea, overnight ferry to Cork, drive to Killarney. This is where we're staying: http://www.crystalspringsbb.com/

    Welcome back again efrieze! :D

Betty - great result especially considering how much you were dreading weigh in!

LOL Mazza, that might be a bit drastic ;).

Well done everyone else who has a good result this week, even if it's a less-than-expected gain like Fellpony! :j
