SO nice to find another TdF fan BB, unfortunately going to miss Fri and Sat as have my sis visiting and we're out on Fri and at a ball on Sat.

BB I think we've got a new member for our little TdF fan club :j.

Did my monthly weigh in on Saturday and as half-expected, I had another small gain of 0.4kg, of which 0.2kg was body fat. So, approx 2.5kg to lose to get back to a happier maintain weight - not that I'm unhappy :D.

Exercise is going well - this week did a total of 39km running, 16km cycling, a 20km hike, trampolining, springboard diving & swimming (inc butterfly stroke tuition). Loving this weather! :T

Betty B - I am with you on the Muller light with cherry and chocolate chips but if you are doing Slimming world they are not a free food...... I know because my friend at work does SW and she went mad after she found out as she was eating about 3 a week thinking they were free. So I would check as I don't want you to damage your good start IYSWIM

Oh no your poor friend! dont worry I thought it might be too good to be true, so I looked it up before I started muching away. They are 2 syns which isn't awful, but they are so yummy I am saving them as a 'treat' food :) Thanks tho :)

BB - the normal Mullers are free, but this one has choc bits in so it's not so saintly!

Revelation! I like Ryvita!! I have spent years hating it! But this one is yummy! (its multigrain with seeds!) OH was laughing at me for kicking up a stink in the shop about having to have it for SW and then having to admit with my tail between my legs that I actually like it!

Tomorrow's plan is to have a few small meals so i can 'graze' and curb my totm appetite!

3 x ryvita with mashed banana and honey
    Pineapple
3 x ryvita with 3 x extra light laughing cow triangles and cucumber
Corn on the cob with tsp Flora light
    Cherries
Spag bol - toms, worcester sauce, lean mince, lots of veg, pasta
    Muller light for afters

registering my loss of 1kg for the week loss 2lbs --now at 11 stone which is my goal weight!!i have lost 14kgs or nearly 30lbs (i think) and it has taken me about 11 weeks and is just 1 week shy of my summer holiday in Bournemouth.--i will now alter my protein intake to gain some more muscle as way of tonning up.
--i was spied by a gym trainer in the changing rooms yesterday who said i look normal but i should not lose anymore--they have all been saying i have lost too quickly but i put that misconception down to my baggy clothing due to me now being a medium when i started as a large--no one apart from my critical wife had seen me without my shirt on and she prefers beefy men!!-time to buy lots of medium tee shirts and shorts that dont drown me--lots of slim fits!!
    mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.

I'll hold him down alliwant - c'mon eric, dont do this to us :p

I now have an incentive to lose some weight - we booked a holiday last night, a week in Devon at the end of July. Just 4 weeks away but if I can lose half a stone by then I'll be happy! AND I had an email last night from a friend inviting me to Paris with her in October - yippeee!! :j Haven't been there for over 20 years so need to save up some pennies and well as lose some LB's. (Some serious sucking-up to OH & the kids also required now.) Took a sneaky peak at the scales this morning and there is a small loss but I admit I still haven't had a chance to really get my head into SW, but on my TO DO list today is a visit to the SW thread as recommended by you lot.

Plus I had a meeting with my new manager yesterday and cleared the air about a lot of things so feeling easier in my mind about my (non) job now.

All in all I'm feeling more positive today then I have for a while, if only I could rub some of it off on eric ;)

Congrats de1amo well done on reaching your target! :T:T:T

Hezza your holidays sound fab, I wish I had friends in exciting places! and well done fro your loss too.
the SW board is helpful - i have been badgering them for meal plan advice for days now!
minimins is also quite good for looking up syn values.

Just realised I got the SW rules wrong again, only 3 ryvita allowed per day. So I'm gonna have omelette for lunch! yay!
