Hi,
can I join in please, I have been lurking for a while and have found a lot of inspiration from you all. I lost 8kgs in the first 10 days and then slowed down to almost nothing so I guess that was all my stored fluid or something!!
Anyway I have about another 35kgs to go, and am guessing I will need to convert in to that bizarre stones/pounds thing!!
Thanks0 -

1lb gain at least putting it here means I'm not ignoring it (give or take the fact I'm just off for bbq and alcohol although I have asked for the veggie option and I will try to stick to halves).
Feeling a bit over whelmed with work not too sure why but feels I am constantly playing catch up but I am also resenting giving up evenings etc to it. I really need to manage my time better as I'm sure I have a tendency to faff around (she says having spent over half an hour on here). Two options for this weekend relaxing with a book or finishing off niggles - could really make myself do both if I stopped wasting time. Am looking forward to a night out with friends I think.0 -
Sorry if that last post sounded a bit down, don't really have a lot to complain about and am now thinking about all the good stuff that I have going on so will cheer up v soon.0

Your boss is a prize!!! what sort of way is that to talk to another adult 'you and me might be falling out blah blah blah'.
Oh, and hearty congrats to your personal chef and in house buyer of consumables:D:T
Mazza - well done for your highly sucessful consistancy rate:T

And well done de1amo, eric, Lois (hurrah) & superman, beanie, alliwant and dmv:T:T:T
Hezza -sounds very frustrating your job and not what you had hoped for. I hope something shifts soon. I think forgetting the diet for a week in the run up to exams is a good idea - revision is hard enough without stressing over what your are or are not eating.
We'll be eating a bit off piste for the next 2 days as we are off to the South of England Show for 2 days and normally get seduced by someting lucious while there and easy junk when we arrive home shattered.
