i have soup followed by a small tin of tuna fish every lunch time-i train for 3 hours and then go back to work(i have a banana at 4,30 when my sugar flattens) --next meal is dinner at 7,30pm so it goes a long way!
Good luck tomorrow Eric--i know what you mean about the loss of exercise from the diet--us men have a different approach to dieting--if i dont exercise i get restless and start grazing--my dose of exercise chews up the hours and lowers my need for food-i am forcing the calories in now to make the losses more gradual--BUT if the hard route of a calorie controlled diet is the only way you have to bite the bullet and learn lots of discipline--for your life and health

Think its a STS for me, jumped on the scales half dressed.

Well after whinging about not making the team I ended up training with the team tonight - but over the past week I seem to have developed the ability to fall over my own feet, painful on concrete and even worse when I keep landing on my badly cut knee.

  • I am reporting a 2lb LossThanks Fred

I have been trying to reduce my calorie intake this week but I think I may have gone a little too low again as have been starving all day and forgot to take some extra snacks.

Eric - I hope tomorrow is not as bad as you think, I agree with everything everyone else has been saying you have been such an inspiration to us on here we don't want you to go :(
De1amo - You are just showing off with your healthy BMI :rotfl: Well done :T
Katmad - Hope you feel better soon

Well done on all the good losses this week :T

    Reporting a 2 pound loss

Went to gym Sat and last night - trying to learn how to deadlift properly.

Well done to all losers and STS'ers, wishing a better week next week to gainers :-)

Eric - sorry to hear of your medical issues, I hope the way ahead becomes clearer after seeing the specialist tomorrow. What is your standard calorie intake, is it worth reducing it by 200 to make up for the inability to exercise?

    Hi everyone,

A 1.5 lb gain for me unfortunately. TOTM and new pill so I could blame it on that, or i could blame it on the utter rubbish I have eaten. Fish and chips and huge chocolate bars. Plus its my 21st birthday on friday so im going home tomorrow and alcohol, bbq, takeaways and cake will not make for a great weigh in so think i will be absent next week! Still once i get back i have constant work again everyday till i hand in in a couple of weeks so I think i deserve my blow out!

    Good luck all xxx
