Really sorry to hear you are going through it eric. 2 years ago I was on 20hr a day medically ordered bed rest (the other 4 hrs were for sitting up in bed and walking as far as the loo) to avoid heart damage - long story. So I know how difficult and boring and frustrating it is, and how hard it must be for you having really honed your focus on your weight loss and fitness goals. Please 'hang on in there' and vent here when you need too. May this time soon pass and you get better news soon.

Yeah - vix, I have never heard of Joe Walsh either.

Can't get into Photobucket for some reason, so here's a link to a picture of Joe Swash winning I'm a Celebrity. I don't watch the soaps, but I thought he was a great contestant and deserved to win.

Well done Hezzawithkids and Beanielou on your losses.

Eric - best wishes, hope you feel better and get some good news soon

I have been improving but still seeking a well needed kick up the a$$ to get motivated. Problem is I'm working really hard at the mo and getting late nights, so I am starving a lot of the time! Really struggling for lunch ideas - had falafel, hummuos, pitta and salad for lunch but it must have been full fat as it was shop-bought. I really dont like sandwiches as they dont fill me up and i always crave crisps and choc afterwards.

What do you all have for lunch?

Had homemade bolognaise with pasta for dinner tonight so got leftovers for lunch tomorrow (at least there were leftovers! could have eaten the lot!!)

I either have soup or couscous. Going to have to rethink my exercise as I have just had it confirmed that I won't be part of the team that I have been training with, although I'm meant to still go to training sessions the amount of activity I do will be next to nothing. Looks like I'm going to have to find the motivation for early evening runs and OU studying. Oh dear.

Although I know I'm lucky compared to many of you, so hopefully that will give me a much needed kick up the butt.

After a gymless week, chronic toothache/an abcess and 3 days of antibiotics and painkillers (thats the excuses out the way), I am quite happy to report a sts.
Think it's more down to lack of food and swilling my mouth with water to try and take away the pain.
No excuses for next week tho. Back too it.

    +2lbs for me :(

That's in 2 weeks, not surprised tbh. Haven't been very good and haven't been at aquafit the past two weeks. Been having the most horrendous headaches which seem to hit at anytime. The one I'm on atm has lasted 7 days. With wee bits of peace in between although the headache has never really gone. Always the same with the changing of season. I did get as far as the town where aquafit was held b4 the headache attacked, just to prove my intentions were good.

Have started leaving my purse at home again, so I will resist the crisps and chocolate from the vending machines at work. Seems to be the only way I will get back to losing weight, I have no will power whatsoever.
