    Hi all,

Sounds like everyone has had busy weekends...
Well done alliwantistosave on sticking to your diet at the motor show! Good stuff!

vixarooni I sold my wii fit because it was always telling me I had put on weight!! It's so disheartening, but I don't think it is very accruate all the same :p

de1amo my Andy has found a good way to up his calorie intake, he has 100ml of fresh orange juice mixed with 2tbs of olive oil, this works out at 120cals, he has this three times a day adding 360cals in total to his day. The good thing about it, is that it is clean calories and your also not filling yourself up with extra food. Just a thought...

victory I know exactly how you feel on the clothes...I have bought myself some summer dresses in a size smaller  hoping to wear them on holiday in July. Keep looking at them and just wishing the weight off, but I know it's going to take alot more than that!!

We got pizzas on saturday night, there was six of us, got three pizzas to share, I chose vegertarian, so wasn't too bad! But, it was still pizza :rotfl:

Started on the WW Thick Sliced Wholemeal bread again, it's smaller than the average slice of bread, so my sandwiches for todays lunch look miniture :D

Hope everyone has a good Monday...it's raining here AGAIN, I want the sun back too

    AL xx

cold pressed virgin rapeseed oil has about half the saturated fat of olive oil and a lot more omega 3 and 6, i think it tastes better as well

well the docs instructions of no exercise has totally !!!!ed me this week :mad::mad:

No exercise at all? :( Is everything going to be OK Eric, do you know how long before you can start working out again?

Hope everyone's OK, like a few of us here I'm struggling a bit - I've spent most of this year trying to lose 2kg and it just won't budge!!! I know it's not a really big deal, but it's annoying as I should have lost at least something by now (my best result is 0.1kg loss :rotfl:).

I'm now getting ready to increase the amount of exercise I'm doing as I have a few summer targets to aim for as well as the regular stuff in my sig. Started with an 18.5km run today, which went well! :D Let's see if this increase helps shift a tiny bit of weight, though I'm not too optimistic about that... :p

I wish I could sell my wii fit, I never use it anymore, but my son uses the balance board on a couple of his other games.

    Good luck this week everyone!

its a great idea about the oj--pity they arent still in season--we left a couple of boxes of oranges out for passers-by in January because we couldnt cope with the garden's supply this year!!--its crab apples and another fruit i dont know are in season now--farmers set up stall off the back of trucks to sell what is in season here -out of season stuff just doesnt taste the same and is obviously more expensive through frutiers!
Missy have you thought that your last 2kg maybe muscle gained from all this exercise--when i get that close to goal weight i wont be holding my breath-
-i think i may well be down to my first target this week -from the3 middle of overweight to normal--fingers crossedxx--i have a colleague at work who says she is at that the same point from the same starting BMİ and she still looks over-weight so i dont feel too estatic--she has done no exercise and very little cutting down in calories -its magic lol

Honestly no, my condition is noticeably deteriorating, i feel crap all the time, I am seeing a consultant on Thursday so will know the worst then.

Its making me very down and scared ... no desire to eat anything bad but its near impossible to lose weight without even a sensible exercise program..

Hope it goes well Eric--im sure whatever happens you will still be motivated to loose weight--im sure people do it without endless slog on the treadmill and i am sure no doctor will stop you reducing weight in a less ardious way-good luck
