OH says that the 1/2 fat cheeses and lo lo cals one are just like eating a bit of cardboard:rotfl: he will not let me buy them anymore, I did go on a philidelphia stage and a white goats cheese or feta for a while but don't bother with that now either, I have no cheese, if I would be asked for my last supper it will still be white bread (naughty have you not learnt anything?:rotfl::rotfl:) bacon, belly pork, mash and gravy, meats all kinds of meats especially gammon, fad on that at the mo, it wouldn't be pastries or pies or cakes or sweets it would be meats and chunks of bread:rotfl::D

    Pumpernickel?

Many thanks for the advice Victory - I would not wish my bad habits on my worst enemy.
No, not pumpernickel it was in the channel 4 show, rye bread it says in the book but I am not sure it is that either, it comes in a square shaped box type and you slice it yourself it is very dense:D

Don't forget you are only your own worse enemy if you choose to be;)

They are just about to be blown away but they do look lovely coming up the road, everyone says how lovely they are the thing is though, I never planted them and no one seems to remember them from last year:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

i have cheese and salad every morning for breakfast it sets me up for a good day--about 25 grammes of cheese -2 slices of brown bread and it lasts me til lunch time and a small tin of tuna--a banana a soup and small veggie dinner sees me done for the day--as a treat i have 5 almonds to keep me happy!-i drink green tea to take away the flavours of food!--i have never been a sweet tooth and have never seen or heard of haribos!!
the dietician i saw says i should eat 60grammes of cheese a day-my wife says Turkish cheese is not as fatty as the uk version-most people start the same way as us with cheese for breakfast--my breakfast is about 200 to 300 calories

I have now hit my next target :j:j:j
3 stone gone since January 17th I have to be perfectly honest I have even shocked myself  Even my work colleagues comment on what wonderful will power I have. So I think I need to start to believe in my self a little more :o

Some good losses coming in again from the men (I just can't compete with that :D) Well done to everyone who STS and lost this week.

Retiredlady - I am sure this is just a small bump :)

Victory - Love your tulips, They are one of my favourite flowers but they only last a short time which is such a shame. I also have to agree with the cheese comments........ I love cheese, in any form but since january I have only had extra low fat Phili but on ryvita makes a great lunch when I am fed up with salad
