Unhappily reporting a 2 lb gain for me too! I blame it on the change of the weather and absolutly nothinng to do with that pizza I had:o

The weather gets me every time too lol.
But theres an idea in there. Anyone any suggestions for a diet pizza? Wholemeal base etc? There could be an idea there.

Did you watch supersize v super skinny last night where the anorexics had to make, eat their own pizza and they were all recoiling at the thought or having to eat the junk food and especially the cheese, one of them thought it was poison:rotfl: the helper put some more cheese on her made pizza and she nearly passed out:rotfl: none of them could tolerate the fact that cheese was not evil, not the devil:D must say though I dropped the cheese and never eat it, used to by the bucket load but have not had cheese for many a year now:D

I must have taught the kids right, for saturday lunch for quickness and because we had guests, bought 2 lots of sausage rolls that go in the oven, not eating them myself personally but the eldest comes down, goes to the fridge, reads the ingredients, reads the fat content and sat content and tells me in no uncertain terms how he is not eating them and I may as well just feed the guests a lump of lard:rotfl::rotfl: guests loved them, ate them and I had my usual soup in the kitchen out of their sight so they did not feel like aliens:rotfl: eldest had a sandwich:D they won't even touch mac or burger king or KFC now:D

I'm probably eating slightly more bread than usual but it's now wholemeal seeded batch or i've had a Burgen soya and seed this week (or something similar). It really keeps me fuller for longer.

I can't think now what the bread is called but it was german came in very thick stodgy slices brown they were always a proper filler, must google what I mean....

Schwarzbrot is a whole grain bread containing 90% of rye. It's high fiber content makes it a healthy and nutritional bread.

Victory cheese is my HUGE downfall, I love it. Especially with a nice glass of red :D

trying to cut it out completely now though...

That is great how your healthy eating/lifestyle changes are rubbing off on your kids, it's so inspiring.

It makes me cringe when I see mothers taking their kids in pushchairs into greggs and stuffing pasties and sausage rolls in their faces, they don't realise the damage it is doing. No wonder we have a rising rate of child obesity!

A few months back I saw something really refreshing though, a young girl got on the bus with her toddler in tow...in pushchair. And said toddler was saying he was hungry, and she took out a tupperware tub with chopped up carrot sticks inside and gave them to the toddler, I thought how sensible and simple, that kid is going to grow up liking vegetables, and not have cravings for pastries!! Well done :T I actually was tempted to go over and say good on you! But thought better of it! :D

I like the program as it gives balance to weight issues

Cheese is the work of the devil, its my big weakness hence i avoid it, you get a double wammy with the high fat hit from the pleasure centre of the brain and the opiates in it .. and its so damn energy dense, why oh why is it so scrummy  Id happily eat a 500g lump of extra mature cheddar for lunch ...
