Back from the psych, it was really positive and she's just tinkering with my meds. She's discharging me for now too, but I can go back if I have problems. It was a good chat and really productive I think.
That sounds really positive Ames
Nice menu Luc - but erm, mince stir fry?
This week we have -
Monday - steak, potatoes and veg for me (Mr Squizz at posh awards dinner with his dept at work, me not invited hmmph)
Tuesday - chicken pie with leftovers from yesterday's roast
Wednesday - herring (got two for 49p reduced in Waitrose yesterday) and something
Thursday - burgers I think
Not sure after that!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

I'm having Salmon and veg or couscous or chips or some combination tonight, not sure for the rest of the week, I've got a list of 14 meals for the next two weeks and I'll decide each day based on how I feel.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Dennis just nearly ripped my finger off trying to get to a bag of catnip!
I was dipping his toy mouse in it and he leapt up and try to claw the whole lot out of my hands  he's now being all slobbery and loving
