    Thanks

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

You can chop up onions and freeze them. With potatoes I would make mash and freeze that.

Hi all - didn't get the chance to come on much over the weekend cos I was into 1st job most of Saturday and then had 2nd job on Sunday. DS3 was really poorly on Friday night so didn't get much sleep and working and catching up with ironing has left me feeling rather jaded this morning. Haven't go the up and go I would like, but heh it is Monday. Bookie you have got a lot to cram into the next couple of weeks - anything I can help with? Right don't really want to but must do some work. Speak later Billie xx

Potatoes - yes - peel and cut them as you want them. Blanche (boil 2 mins, plunge in cold water) and either open freeze and put in a big bag so you can take what you need or pop into portion size bags and freeze. If you make your own chips you could do the first fry (softened but not brown) cool on a baking sheet/board and open freeze for you own stash of frozen chips

Onions - yes - blanche: whole -3 min boil, sliced 2 min boil, diced 1 min boil then plunge in cold water. Again open freeze (if chopped or sliced) so you can put in one big bag or portion up and freeze in individual bags.
