Morning! I hate this computer, it's taken me half an hour to get it started and online.

Linda, hope Jess feels better soon, and I agree with her about the jam pancakes, although angel delight works better.

Bookie, congrats on your daughter's engagement!

Reading back on last night's thread, I used to get really bad constipation as a side effect of meds (it was normal for me to only 'go' every 8 days), and senna didn't touch it. Strong coffee helped though.

I had one of the camera up bum things, I didn't notice that I lost weight through the laxatives, but thinking back it was round about then that I lost 3 stone, so maybe the cleansing helped. The laxative drink tasted vile though, I wouldn't want to have to drink that again.

Anyway, I've got to go see the psychiatrist in five mins so I'd best get ready.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
  • hi Bookie, how is your work going?
    Ok thanks. It's fun.

pop on the techie forum will tell you to download and run both malwarebytes anti malware and hijackthis and post the logs, but they are very good at spotting things to help you speed your system up (if its possible of course)
    Drop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
