A free electricity usage monitor from when I changed leccy companies, it arrived this morning.
I plugged in the George Formby grill for my bacon and the usage nearly doubled :eek:

I don't think they would have told us until after the event if his mother and sister hadn't changed their travel plans. They were due to come down to stay for the weekend on the Saturday and we were invited up for wine and nibbles in the evening. They changed to say they were arriving on the Friday so it left them no choice really but to come clean.

I got one of those when I changed over companies about 2 years ago Linda...I was like some mad obsessed woman going around turning off and on items to see what was costing the most to run...ex Oh's PC was a MASSIVE consumption of elec, good job haven't got that to whir away day in day out anymore

I'm waiting for the estate agents to call about the flat and the garage to call about my car's MOT so I'm pretty much attached to my phone today. I suspect with the stress, I certainly won't be having elfen's problem today. :rotfl: (sorry about the tmi) Anyway, I'd better get a shower soon. I'll just have to take the phone into the bathroom with me.
