Hi Sandy, a lurker here. I registered to drop you a line, I’ve been watching out for you since your appointment.

I’m so sorry to hear your news.

You have a lot of support here on the Forum. It looks like you have some lovely virtual friends who will be there to support you with whatever you need, whenever you need it and I'm sure at times when you won't even realise you need it.

I don't really garden (slash and burn, me;)) but I know a man who does.
THIS is the garden of my oldest friend - the only person I am still in touch with from primary school. Say hello if you go!

ETA Thanks for posting Sandy - you're one of us and we care..(((hugs)))

sandy its good to see you posting - we have all been watching and waiting for your news - i am so sorry to see that there is a tumour there - now is the time to tell the family - even your Mum - you need extra support just now - you must give in and ask for their support no matter how annoying family can be -you get them rallied round - even if its just helping in the house - like you said Dh still has raw memories from last year and he will have been praying that it just wasnt happening to you. But he will be there for you but like all men he doesnt read minds so you will have to ask for his help.
You have to stop trying to be strong on your own - it takes tooo much effort and you need all your strength to fight this thing.

we will all be hoping and praying that its the lesser of the 2 evils and that the neuro andhis team will sort you out. Its going to be a long and difficult path at times but we will all be here to encourage you along the way - ONE STEP AT A TIME!!!! dont look too far ahead until you know what you are dealing with and what procedures are going to be used - there will be options along the way - for now as the others have said 'REST' and try to be calm for the MRI on monday - take each day as it comes angel.
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder

Sandy - I can only reiterate what all of the others have said already. Be it an up day or a down day, for a rant, or a shoulder to cry on; we are all here for you.

Lots of love hun, for you and yours xx

    Morning lovely flyladies,
Rosepink -hugs.gifI will try to get Frogcity blog up and running soon.. (someone already had the name FrogBlog, so I could not use it!!!)
LadyL - smooch.gif Love you honey.
Toots - love.gif Oh I soooooooo have. And it's pink AND I had £25 worth of Tescos vouchers to come off the sale price, AND I got cashback from Topcashback. Happy happy bunny. It was reduced from over £100 and with vouchers and discounts etc I paid £40.
    Jinkypinks - kiss.gif
    Boddy - hugs.gif
lemanie - I am not a member of any social networks which is why I get the names so wrong, though I think facespace has a nice ring to it! smile_angel.gifsmile_tongue.gif
Valli - thank you for mentioning Sudocrem, I have a few of the big tubs I need to sell on Ebay and keep forgetting 'cos the box is hidden in the other room.
macpep - Oh he has remembered some wonderfully happy times with me and that has been wonderful, but its the difficult or distressing times that make it so hard to re-live with him of course. I was online with him for about 4 hrs yesterday from the hospital he is in and within that time he hit 5 different years and memories. Some good and some bad. He doesn't remember his wife yet so myself and our friend Candi are a big part of his reality.
    CyclingYorkie - such sad news.
sandy - Glad you finally posted, I know everyone on here was very worried about your silence. And it's perfectly natural to be shocked and scared and for your OH to go quiet too. You just need to keep communicating with him and explain how much you need him. The MRI will give them an idea of which kind of tumour it is and the flyladies are behind you and holding the energy for you whatever happens.
    1 step - Well done!
Lots of lovely daffs and primula and bluebells flowering in the garden, it looks so gorgeous though the garden is still in a terrible state as I haven't been able to get out into it since about October.
Hope everyone has a nice peaceful Sunday. With love, light and hugs
