Sorry for the late reply Falkirk is possibly one of the worst offices of the csa they seem to ignore all facts and go straight for the jugular dont be surprised if your arrears figure doesn't double and you receive a deo in the post with there breakdown . At this point you must appeal through the CSA's appeals unit . This case sounds exactly like mine i have just managed to get the csa to accept that i payed for my children VIA private agreement it has taken me nearly 5 years and i have lost everything .
Please dont think im trying to scare you i am merely preparing you for the worst , i got all positive and confident that i could beat them on many occasions but they dont take any notice of mere mortals such as us . Good luck i hope it gets sorted quickly and the important thing to remember is never ever give up. you will get there in the end .
