No evidence to support there claims

Guys forgive me for reiterating my dealings with the csa once again . But over the last few years i have had a massive battle using solicitors my MP and CSA complaints departments . I have been trying to get the child support agency to recognise the facts in my case my MP has asked SG's office to look at the case they alledge to have done investigation's into the case , we have recieved loads of letters from various management offices every single one telling us a different story, so my mp and i decided it was time for tribunal and i needed to see the information on the CSA data bases regarding my case so that i could add it to my submittal to the T service,
I issued a subject access request for my dpa files 50 days later the information arrived but clerical records and telephone recordings were missing so i wrote them a polite letter asking for them to provide me with the missing information i then received a further 2 bundles of information but still no telephone call recordings
Upon sifting through the files it bcame apparent that no investigation's had ever been carried out despite my MP my solicitor there own complaints department all asking for them to be done . had there been an investigation then the investigator would have seen that the CSA had acted wrongly in persecuting me as a non compliant . It also became clear that i had been more aware of the facts of the case than the agents sitting in front of the cscs1 and 2 , This was confirmed by the indepedant case examiner during one of our telephone conversations
the last investigation was carried out by the falkirk office upon speaking to there representative on the phone i asked him if he required a copy of the evidence i had supporting my claim" he replyed no because he had done his internal SAR and that most of the evidence was now with him, apart from 1 document so i politely said what is the document i will forward it to you he refused to tell me what the doc was and sharply ended the call . after falkirk alledgedly completed there investigation the case had done a massive 3 year turn around so my MP and i were back to Square 1 again . Its clear from the DPA files that there was no investigation carried out had there been i would not have any liability with the CSA. Upon receiving falkirks decision i phoned them to ask why a proper investigation had not been carried out i was told to call and speak to person that done the calculations but that person was on holiday for that week "SAME OLD STORY" not being happy with what i was being told i ended the call and called back an hour later the person who was on holiday answered the phone honestly if you could picture somebody accidently picking up a wasp i was told i needed to speak to the person that had told me i need to speak to the person who done the calculations when i challenged this the phone was abruptly put down ..LOL wonder why i never got my telephone call recordings .
I have since comenced proceding's in a tribunal so that i can prove to them that they have acted unfairly on this occasion . the district judge gave me 2 weeks to forward my evidence to the tribunal service but gave the csa 6 weeks (tribunal service also acting unfairly ) that was on the 10 december 2009 i received the letter inforing me of the direction given by the DJ on the 23rd of DEC which was way after the deadline i phoned the service but they had already finished for Xmas and wouldnt reopen until the 29th (something strange going on it said on the letter issued to partys on the 10/12 by business post but took 13 days to arrive) I called the T S on the 29th then wrote them a letter telling the judge what had happened and luckily my evidence was accepted . tho we are now mid march and the CSA are still to submit there evidence already 10 weeks late. it is a legal requirement for them to submit there evidence But no deadline has been given by the T service .....anybody know why? Could it be because the CSA have realised the errors that i have laid out in my Submittal and have nothing to dispel facts that i have presented to them .
When i phone the tribunal service they tell me that they are waiting for the CSA's submittal on one case and waiting for the hearing date on the other the 2nd has been going on for a year now and still no hearing date. By the time the case gets to court the arrears will have been paid based on the latest figure i have been given of course which will no doubt change once they realise im slipping out of the loop.
The CSA's !!!! up and the one sidedness of the tribunal service has now caused my mortgage company to start repossession proceding on my family home because i cant afford my mortgage payments due to the amount of money which is illegally taken from my wages each month, my wife and i had to terminate a baby last year because we couldnt afford to provide for another child due to the amount the csa were taking from me, my wife then lost her job because the stress had affected her performance . I am now blacklisted because i cant meet my debt repayments . The local council will not help us with housing because they say its all my fault . the working tax credits say we need an extra £30 a month based on my gross wage but the CSA say we have £567 a month spare for them to take illegally because they can.
My wife and i had no worries about the CSA when we met because i was meeting my liability for my children every month with 20% of my wage split between 2 pwc's the child support agency had recorded the agreement on the cscs1
So i asked myself what did i do wrong what did my wife do wrong what has my little girl done to the CSA to deserve being treated like this i had always paid for my kids .
It now my oppinion that i am a sitting duck easy pickings the csa know where i live and where i work so why not use me to boost there ratings show the government good statistics and help to repay the billions of pounds that this white elephant has cost the government . Why dont they go and do what they were set up to do in the first place and destroy the people lives who blatanly refuse to pay for there kids .
To cut a long story short the battle goes on and i refuse to back down i will probably be offered £50 compensation once the case is heard .

1 terminated baby
1 seriously distressed wife
1 poverty stricken 2 year old
1 repossessed house
2 blackened credit ratings
1 family homeless
£50 for your trouble sir

Sorry they have alledged i owe them arrears for a period when the mothers of my 2 children and i had a private agreement between us . it was recorded on the CSA computer system and all action on the case was closed . they are pleading ignorance to the fact. and charging me arrears for the period even though they had written to me at the time confirming there knowledge of the agreemment
Whoops almost forgot the information had been clearly recorded on the data base and is shown in my dpa files the mothers of the children have also confirmed receiving the money for 4 yearsI only speak of my own experiences. and research that i have carried out whilst dealing with my own case with the child support agency0 -
But it was still a decision made by you rather than anybody holding a gun to your head, that is what I think DMG is saying.
So you have DP docs which state that the mothers are in receipt of payments - were either of them on benefits at the time?0 -

The Falkirk office is a law to themself .I complained about 2 officers that had illegally (now proven) done something on my account and took the work of a scheming PWC who is out for everything about my income .
The way they went about was immoral working practices .
The complaints were not upheld but at the same token got £100 consolory payment from them .I have just fired off a 2nd letter complaint about this as i want at least one of these officers persuctuted for her actions .
All instigated by greed and CSA law not followed in any of it0 -

They were both private customers The private agreement was set up because they CSA had failed to assess the second child we had to secure provision for her the csa were informed about what we were doing and sent me a document to support the fact . I ccarried on paying 20% of my wage or no less than £290 a month devided by the 2 mothers my monthly liability was £88.88 for one child but i had been paying £145 each . 4 years late in 2006 i was contacted by the CSA telling me they knew nothing of any private agreement informed me i had not payed any money for 4 years and that they knew nothing of the second child i was paying for . they also point blank refused to acknowledge the proof i had copied and forwarded to them . They wouldnt even comment on it my MP tried but still they would not comment on it . The information concerning the document had been added to the CSA computer but they still refuse to discuss it or acknowledge it .I only speak of my own experiences. and research that i have carried out whilst dealing with my own case with the child support agency0 -

The SAR has been an absolute god send as it shows me my worst fears were accurate and that this agency had tried stuffing me. obviously beleiving i like so many others would accept what they DICTATE roll over and let them destroy me .

They done a similar thing with me tried using income that wasnt mine .Backdated it 2 years etc all the usual p!5h LO's Court etc0 -
