Sorry it has come to this Steve.
Common sense doesn't even come into it with these people. It's like the Governments kinder garden the way some of them behave. If they do a job badly they get promoted out the way and train their minions the same way as they have been doing badly.0 -
lets hope and pray that the coalition government realise how much money they could save by shutting the CSA down .
I also live in hope that they will be brought to account for the damage they have done to PWC'S QC'S NRP'S NRPP'S AND NRPC'S welfare over the last 17 years .
THIS CLAPTRAP PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A GOVERNMENT BODY IS AN ABSOLUTE MENACE TO SOCIETY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FORTHWITH.
OI MR CONSERVATIVE THIS IS YOUR BRAIN CHILD SO WHY DONT YOU ADMIT THAT IT DOESNT WORK AND END THE SUFFERING IT HAS CAUSED AND CONTINUES TO CAUSE EVERYDAY OF ITS EXISTANCE
Glad i got that off my chest i feel a bit better nowI only speak of my own experiences. and research that i have carried out whilst dealing with my own case with the child support agency0 -

Good luck with your pledge and don't give up.
Once you get some competent (o) to admit their mistake .Go for compensation although it doesn't compensate what has happened to you and your family.0 -
Sorry can't offer any advice Steve, but just wanted to add some support. We too ended up with a huge arrears bill as our PWC denied receiving money through a private agreement (could have been something to do with the fact that she was on benefits and not entitled to keep most of it ! ) so have had to pay again for money already paid despite trying desperately to make the CSA believe us the only evidence they would accept was the word of the (lying)PWC and to add insult to injury we are on CSA1, and based on the CSA calculator (disregarding the arrears) if we were on CSA2 we would only have to pay half of what we do pay each month.
The whole system is an absolute shambles. It doesn't chase the NRP's who do not support their children as it should, and it shafts the ones that do!0 -

13Kent, Shakespeare himself could not have phrased that more eloquently. Thats why I would like to see the CSA scrapped also. In theory i'm in agreement with the CSA its a great idea. But in reality its turned out to be:-
An agancy that cannot be ar sed doing any work whatsoever never mind hard work, so we'll hit the soft touch harder because thats the easier option.
PWC who need the csa's help the most being forced to do the work for them before the csa lift a finger and NRP's just being shafted because its easier for csa to believe pwc well an investigation would be work wouldnt it.
Scrap the CSA cause its a load of Boswellox I would have more respect for a government who recognised something that was functioning negatively and got rid of it for something more effective. Do the Cons have the balls??? they've got more balls for this kind of thing than labour but I dont think i've heard the cons even mention the csa? has anyone else?0 -

what we have tyo remember is that it was the conservatives who created the csa back in the early nineties whilst being headed by thatcher , we wont forget her in a hurry will we???????I only speak of my own experiences. and research that i have carried out whilst dealing with my own case with the child support agency0 -

The PWC's in my case have admitted receiving the money it is the CSA who have made things the way they are by charging me arrears while there was a private agreement in place .
They say i shouldn't have been paying second PWC because they never told me i could and that everything i had payed her had to be back paid to the first PWC.I only speak of my own experiences. and research that i have carried out whilst dealing with my own case with the child support agency0 -

Thatcher:mad: Thatcher:mad::mad: no I certainly will not forget that b*tch in a hurry:mad::mad::mad: that name is guaranteed to wind me up to the hilt:p.
yes it was the cons that brought it in wasnt it still the csa by all accounts runs at a loss and say what I like about the con-nning b*stards they do like to cut their losses:p (like what I did there:D) so hopefully they turn the csa around or do just that cut their losses and start again with something more effective.
My goats already going but i'm about to blast off at that one, the csa say you shouldnt have been paying to maintain your child because they didnt say you could:mad: doing me level best not to swear now:mad: do they think you were paying her out of the kindness of your heart or what. interesting that they term it like that, as payment to your ex and not maintaining your child, that speaks volumes does it not:mad::mad:0 -

The thing that is really winding me up at the moment is cmec and there child maintenance options promoting private agreements everytime i hear it i shout FFFFFF ooooooff at the top of my voice its like somebodys twisting the knife they are nothing but a total load of deceptive w...nk..sI only speak of my own experiences. and research that i have carried out whilst dealing with my own case with the child support agency0 -
for the past five years i have been battling for a breakdown of arrears for my husbands account.I finally received it after hundreds of phone calls, letters, and mp being involved TWICE.They have not acknoweldged 4 years worth of payments my husband has made through a deduction from earnings order.say they must be in a vault account. We have 6years worth of payslips which we sent them last week, proving that he has paid over and above what he should have,as they were taking back arrears,of which we can find no origin.
I am dealing with falkirk and they received payslips thursday of this week, they are now going through them.I pray that they sort it...i am so sick and tired and angry and frustrated at the csa..they are the biggest waste of space ever.I have told my husband that heaven forbid if we ever split up,we will come to a private arrangement.0
