How far up the complaints line have you gone? Have you tried ICE and the Ombudsman?

I take it the sequnce is

    1st level complaint
    2nd level complaint
    Then ICE
    Then ombudsman through your MP

    Thanks

My Mp has taken the complaint through escalated clerical complaints to the ICE team and has now advised me to go to tribunal following the last response we had . The ICE team cant look at a case if its already being dealt with by a tribunal tho they can be involved if the csa dont do what the tribunal tells them.

The ICE team were also involved back in 2006/7 to get my second child included back into the assessment

Can I just remind you of the forum rule please be nice to all moneysavers

You are all allegedly grown ups and if you cant say something constructive perhaps its best to not post on the thread. OP is obviously at the end of his tether and has been through some harrowing experiences - being honest I think I am amazed at your calm at it all!

OP you have had some good advice here, can I suggest that you also approach an organisation such as NACSA who would be able to represent you at a tribunal. It may be that a third party will be able to represent you more dispassionately and would be able to put your case across more clearly.

    Good luck

I have to admit it does appear a bit confusing but i am just pulling points out of a hat as i remember them my submittal to tribunal service is a lot better planned and clearer to understand
