What are you lot like, I can't remember the last time I weighed myself, actually I can, when I was pregnant, midwife insisted. I don't actually own a set of bathroom scales!

  • wondering if anyone read my last post
I have deleted it as I wasnt sure to put it on or not
just having some issues with my DD and was looking for some advice on what I should do
  • Evenstar, I used to work for Womens Aid and it is so important that your DD or you talk to someone about this. This is a free confidential helpline that gives advice and you dont need to give your name or where you live.

If she is not happy ringing them, you could do it on her behalf. Explain to her that if she doesn't do it for herself she should do it for her child. She should not worry about Womens Aid contacting the police or anything- they are there for advice and help.
Hope this is of some help xxx

  • Evenstar - you phone the police, if she leaves it, then they won't believe her should something worse happen later and if she is as bad as you say she is then for the peace of mind of your granddaughters safetly, phone them, and if needs be, they will put a restaining order on him to keep him away from her. Your DD may not like you for it, but you are her mother not her friend, you need to do what is best for them. It doesn't matte if she hit hit back ,the police will listen and take one look at her and it will be fine, honestly, phone the police.
