    No it doesn't! It states that you are entitled to reasonable skill and care when purchasing a service.

    It obviously makes you wonder if the op takes a statement and turns it into a different meaning how much of that happend in the very first post of this thread? How much of it was really as the op wrote?

  • Have been there at least 5 times over the last 12 years after being persuaded by friends that its improved. Obviously, we all have different standards and I don't recall ever being satisfied with anything there. I can't believe I'm off there again for a friends birthday - some lessons never learned!

    i believe you get what you pay for and when you look at the OP of a bus load of guests for £100, then is it any wonder!
