I didn't cancel, but i didn't buy a sky + box from them- i bought one from ebay I can't be doing without my best friend the telly box

What a load of Tosh! Can you tell me why YOU are eligible and many others are not? I do not think anyone knows who is eligible. As far as I am concerned, I have spent on average ( £35 per month for 11 years = which is over £4000, and you do not think people like me deserve to get something back. I am sure if you kept trying you would have got it.:mad:

i have been with sky for that last 7 years and have not had this offer is have all there products full tv package phone line and broadband i spend £70 pm i think sky should look after there customers who spend alot and have been with them a long time first.

Got mine installed today, All good apart from one thing.

The Standard Definiton picture is not as good as my Sky+ box. It's not as sharp as my previous box even to say seems abit blurry. Some of the worst channels on my previous box seem really bad on this.

Anyone else noticed/had this?

my hubby said to me that he has noticed a slight difference like slightly out of focus on some channels, im sorry but im not sure why be good to know tho.

Well we still haven't been offered anything, frankly now I've given up waiting for them to call, been with sky since the analogue days when we had out first box through a coupon in the News of the World, goodness knows how long ago that was

received clarification, there is no extended contract past 12 months so i got the deal by carrying out the cancellation plus £10 a month broadband. happy
