And of course there are no calories in it if it is free, right?

Yes, taxi, having that incentive to get out there and jog a few miles really will be good for me. There is a fair amount of walking as well as jogging, which makes it quite easy for me at this stage, but actually, I thoroughly enjoyed it - it doesn't matter how fast we go, as long as we are out there getting the exercise.

And of course, if I enjoy it, I am more likely to do it more often, so it is all good.

She is entered for a marathon at the end of September, so we will certainly be upping the effort over the summer, which will be excellent for both of us.

That all sounds great and exercise is something I seriously need to consider when I'm recovered from this illness.

Hey Hypno, feeling like a right lazy cow now after reading about your run. NEED to start walking after work. Was out with an FWB last night and saw that that ridiculously long tennis match thing was on the telly in the pub we were in. Roasting hot down there as well. I am so unfit that I just kept thinking how exhausted I would be.

    Payday today. Yippee!
