Well done on the 10k macgirl :T I will prob be on the treadmill tomorrow rather than outside, as I have DDs prom to taxi about etc, but I will def do some form of exercise.

Am also awaiting the arrival of the 30 day shred dvd with some trepidation!

Thanks, in the morning I'm going to get back into my Blast Off Belly Fat (doesn't that sound nice! :D) - it's one of the 10 minute solutions and is very good - if I do it.......

I also have 10 minutes Solutions pilates, so might give that a whirl too. I need to get back into regular exercise as it makes me feel so much better. Pity it's so hard to keep it going.

*off to check out 30 day shred thingy*

Ah yes, I too get great results......when I actually move from the sofa :o

In the bits of running I did on my own today, I did actually look at my garmin to see what pace I was doing and was pleasantly surprised. Again, the weight loss and the treadmill stuff must be making a difference!

So, I will keep at it.....for now!

Just popping on to say well done in the weight loss, and thanks for inspiring me to run 10k this evening :T I read your diary at lunchtime and made my mind up to go - so thanks ;)

Cafe Nero is my favourite too!

You'll have to try a lot harder Hypno to inspire me to run 1k, let alone 10k :o

Are you still coming to visit tomorrow?

Tonight is DDs prom, so last night she had much stress about whether she was likely to step on her dress as it is full length. I am sure she will be absolutely fine, but of course, what do I know - I am only her mother!

Nothing else to report - well, it is only 6am after all!

Have a good day everyone - enjoy the sunshine if you are able, but don't forget your sunscreen

Congrats on the weight loss and my, aren't you energetic! I always admire someone who can run, I find walking hard enough!

You must be at least a 'minny yummy mummy' now - and next week - the whole 9 yards! :)

"running" is really a bit of an exaggeration. Sometimes I would struggle to accurately describe it as "jogging" :o And I am absolutely the best at procrastination when it comes to exercise!

But when I DO it, I get so much benefit from it, so it is one of those areas that I am trying to get back into as a matter of habit - when I was training for the marathon, I had no difficulty in getting out there and getting the miles in, but I need that carrot ahead of me! That's why I am really glad that this other woman wants to train over the summer.....it gets me out there too.

Also, it will help with the weight loss - having done so well with it, I definitely need to maintain it, and that is where I normally fall down. This time will be different!

Right, off for a shower. No need to take lunch today as I am off to a budget seminar where I will aim for the healthy option at the buffet.
