good evening one and all and how are we? hypno welldone you on the run!!! I have been dog walking loads lately with no knee pain so ready to try a few on road runs again me thinks, with my plans for next year i need to shift butt too!!! will bring my kit tomorrow and maybe we can relive old memories before a chilled glass or two of white and my first experience of mousaka? i'm going to be brave and come through elveden but maybe loop round through the lanes so i dont pass wymondham. should be with you by half 5 will you be home from work by then?
well I am getting very excited as tomorrow i will be clearing a loan of £500 which means another default bites the dust and my way back to uniform should be clear!! whoop! hope everyone else has a good day and surfbabe bloomin welldone to DS's degree. amazing stuff!!

Well, my lunch def had no calories, because I didn't have any! We came back to the office, bypassing the table......instead, I have had three coffees from Nero for various reasons which I won't go into on here, so am feeling a little wired, but not in a nice way

P - I finish work at 5.30, should be home 6ish;.....bring your running kit and we will go for a plod while the wine is chilling

DD has gone off to her prom, looking very lovely. My job is to stay awake long enough to pick her up later.
