Great news that you have found a running partner! That has been the making of me - knowing someone else is relying on me to turn up is the only thing that makes me get out there, and I love it.

At the risk of making you jealous, I have to tell you that I had not one but two free coffees today. And one of them was from Cafe Nero! They were handing out books of vouchers at the station last week. I would have sent it to you but they are only valid for the Farringdon branch.

I thoroughly enjoyed the run - and would probably have made an excuse about it being too hot, if it had not been for someone else relying on me going, so it was definitely a benefit to me too - so 2 x 5 miles so far this week.....I could be getting back into the swing of things :D

And yes, I am jealous!! Caffe Nero is my favorite coffee. I am lucky enough to have occasional mystery shops there though!

Stir fry veggies and prawns on the go for dinner - the children had enchiladas, but they will be too heavy for me after my run, so need something a bit lighter so I don't get indigestion.

They must surely say enough's enough at some point and stop the match for the night.

Wonder how many bonus WW points they have earned!

I'm more worried about the umpire - he's not moved off that chair since the start!
