They aren't online, pickle, but their phone number is 01789 266420. If you ring them they will send you a catalogue and order form, and then they will send you new ones every so often.
I don't think they are expensive because the range they have is excellent. You can also find them exhibiting at county shows etc if you happen to be doing that sort of thing.
Macgirl, the CD helps me, but then I am into that sort of thing so believe it will work. Anything is worth a try to help stay on the straight and narrow, I reckon!
Talking of which it is WI today and I hope to have lost some of the weight I put on last week. Will report in at lunchtime.
Then of course, it is the must-win match this afternoon. Will be hoping I can watch that at work.
After work I am going for a run - had an unexpected phone call yesterday from an old client who rang to ask if I was still running, and did I want to go with her a couple of times a week as she is struggling with motivation. So I am picking her up this evening and we are heading for a gentle plod around the lake, which will be as good for me, motivation wise, as it is for her, hopefully!

I have bought coffee with some of my "spends" for this week, so £8 left there - I am writing on the envelope what it is that I spend it on so that I can look back and see if they were things that I could happily do without, or whether they are things that should be incorporated into other budgets going forward.

2lb off - which is the 2lb I put on last week, so I am happy enough with that. Puts me back at 10st 1lb.......:D
