    Thanks benben and everyone!

The office basically shut down while we watched the match. And now we have to play the next round on Sunday afternoon - and guess when our annual office bash is! So, they have ordered a 42" screen to put in the marquee........lol!

I haven't reached my target yet SF, just making use of some payment avoidance techniques!!

I have been for my run. I ran to meet the girl I am running with, then together we did 3.7miles mixture of run and walk, then I ran back to mine again, so I did just over 5 miles all in, at varying speeds, but the main thing is that I got out there! she has signed up to do a marathon at the end of September, but is way behind in her training so needs the incentive of someone calling for her to get out. Which is pretty much what I need to, so it is beneficial to both of us.

It was a hot sticky evening for a run, but we went around the lanes, and it was quite nice- and she went further than she ever expected so it was a very good start all round. She has also got a personal trainer to help as well, so we are aiming to run together again on Sunday morning.

So, now for some dinner, a coffee, then a much needed shower while I catch the rest of this evening's football.

Hope you have all had a good day x
