A rumpus room is a 'play room'.

Or at least, thats what they are in Canada.

    (quite often the basement)

If only houses here had such a room, the rest of the house might stand a chance of being tidy!

Sounds fab, llama - I look forward to seeing a pic when you are ready.

I am feeling quite weary - the day is dragging, my cough is "productive" so yukky, and although I don't feel too bad, I have felt better! Hope you are all having a good day.

Bunny, I will send you those jeans over the next few days - promise!

Yes, the rumpus is a playroom - fantastic idea, you don't have to have loud x-boxes etc in the sitting room and can keep all the childrens junk in one room, in fact, if you have teenagers, you barely need to see them!

Thanks for lovely words about new house - I feel very excited!
