Saw another house today, unfortunately they forgot to mention the public footpath that ran through the garden in the details
A 2nd viewing of another planned for Thursday, but this time with a builder who's used to dealling with listed properties in the area. To say it needs work is an understatement!!!

Good afternoon all
. Sorry to hear about the poorly throat Hypno, I had a nasty sore throat last Wednesday night before it went into full snot mode which I hope you escape. What is it with us Brits and colds once the sun starts shining?
A dress? What is one of those?! Think I have worn maybe 4 or 5 in my entire life and one of those occasions was my wedding day. I actually really like dresses, I just don't think they suit me!
