Good morning all, sorry to hear about the throat and cough Hypno but your dinner has made me hungry already and it is only 9.37am - definately going to have to pick up some asparagus tonight....if the budget allows of course!

Hope you have a good day and start to feel better :)

Thanks for the congrats everyone! First time we will have lived in our own house for 17 years! The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a rumpus, huge kitchen, dining room, sitting room and best of all a swimming pool!

Bit daunted about mortgage repayments! The house needs a lot of cosmetic work including a new kitchen so I will post a link as soon as I can work out how to do it, as long as you are gentle with it and be aware I will post before and after pics.

We will move in in September -woo hoo!

Congratulations on your new house llama! (What on earth is a rumpus ?????)

I have Narnia skirts. They are the only 2 skirts I own! :o One has never been worn and the other made its only outing to a friend's wedding! She was very shocked - it was the only time I've worn one in the past 10 years! :o :rotfl:

A "rumpus" is a to-do, an uproar ... but a rumpus room is like a hangout room, I think.

A rumpus room is a 'play room'.

Or at least, thats what they are in Canada.
