Thank you all for the words of wisdom. Bottom line - I need to exercise and I hate it, loathe and detest it - so boring
Hypno I am very much missing sweet in this diet - and I do love veg which of course is not a very good thing with Low Carbing. I am however enjoying the cheese, which I adore. So its make your mind up time - cheese or the occassional sweetie? And of course to get off my butt and do something.

You can have lots of green veg though! Today I had the same as yesterday - pan fried salmon with asparagus and spinach....a big plateful

Oh I thought it was green leaf veg only! I do like broccoli, green beans, courgette etc but also love turnip, parsnip and carrots (a no-no I believe)
LOL tonight I had bacon, onion and turnip - yum!LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

I think you are pretty safe with all green veg, plus cauli too. Root veg and sweetcorn & peas are more starchy though so not so good if you are low carbing.
WI for me at lunchtime - am hoping for a lb or two off again so fingers crossed. I will report in when I have been.
The guys are coming to do the garden again today. I am hoping it will be basically finished by the time I come home, so am looking forward to that.
Banking and scratching now, though - have a good day, everyone xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Fingers crossed for WW and the garden.
Are you hoping this will be the last session for them?1 -
Good luck with WI - another 2lb on for me this am - not so sure whats going on.
We got our front garden done last year - what a treat - and now so easy to manage. Just the side and back garden left - oh the joys of a corner site!LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

Ours is a corner plot too - so a lot of extra work. Am hoping this is the last week, but may need one more. I shall assess when I get home.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Just checked my email address i use for things like surveys and bingo and I've had a warning from V bingo. They want £5 per month of me to carry on and you can't withdraw the winnings - funny as i have withdrawn at least £10 since you mentioned the new T & C on your diary
.
Ah well, good things come to an end. I'll play some games and see what happens. I'll have to wait if they need a deposit to withdraw if i'm lucky enough to win.0 -
Pippajo I had the same last week; basically I deposited £5, played it on bingo (and lost it), and then tried to withdraw the balance (£6 that had built up in there from free scratchies) and it wouldn't let me. I emailed them and they said they had set my ithdraw limit to zero, but as I had deposited and played they put it back to £5. As long as you depoist and play each month you can carry on doing it, but it means unless you win at bingo or get some decent scratches, you're unlikely to get much profitMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
Mortgage Overpayments Pot £12630 -
Well I'm playing my last 45p to leave 1p in, you have to deposit £5 each month and now they say you can't withdraw the free money so I'll give it a miss.
The email kindly reminded me that I've had £32 out of them which is £32 more than I would have had if I didnt read all of Hypnos diaries! :money:0
