    To hypno and Buffy,

This little saying was on an email sent to me by a friend this morning:

    "I always know ...
God won't give me more than I can handle
There are times I just wish He didn't trust me quite so much."

Hypno, you are very much loved and respected and an inspiration to so many.

Keep smiling and I hope you feel better soon.

    Ocean xx

Yuk el.....we were burgled a few years ago and I hated it.....thinking of you. did they take much or do much damage? Any idea who did it?

As for me, I'm doing alright all things considered - I have to remember that I can't expect to run before I can walk! In fact, I think I have to learn to walk again sometimes!

the usual things got taken cameras laptops jewelry nintendos etc etc nothing that cant be replaced ... and i gave up holding sentimental value to material things years ago ...

just think though yes you have to learn to walk sometimes ... but oh my goodness you have the perfect excuse for some behaviours .... use it to your advantage (obviously not abusing your power ... which i know you would never ever do).. and starting from crawling can be a good chance to re-do and change some things ...

Hypno that's pants about the teaching but don't beat yourself up. You are doing so much and getting on with everything.

Enjoy your shopping with your DD, that's what it is all about, spending time with those we love and care for.

Enjoy the rest of your day and take some "me" time.

Big huge virtual hugs and what Buffy said with bells on (don't know if that's a saying anywhere else than in this mad bit of Wales or even this house but it's what my nan used to say when she wanted to over emphasise something) and I think your professionalism will out in your favour for the future too.

I can understand how you feel though because through different circumstances I've been there myself and sometimes further down the line that there was good that has come out of it but it's blooming hard to see what or an end even at the time.

Elantan that is awful. Hope it all gets sorted as quick and easily as possible for you.
