    Hi all,
Back last Sunday and finally caught up here but site wouldn't recognize me or let me post. Managed to log on a few times while away with free wi-fi but never managed to catch up completely.
Hypno, hair looks great and the photo shows how confident and happy with it you are, which is lovely. And 4lbs is pretty damn good, well done. hope you sleep well.

Eek! I should say you do, if you were awake long enough to be posting at that hour! Hope your day is a good one, Hypno.

I have given in to a cup of caffeinated coffee this morning. I am doing really well with the decaf, with just the odd "real" coffee now and then but not every day. I am sure it must be making a difference somewhere along the line!

Nothing to report in banking and scratching this morning of any excitement. What was nice, though, was when I opened my lounge blind and the part of the garden that had been done looked lovely :D

    Oh now, *that* is nice.

Caffeine - I have one a day, really quite strong for a Brit. Otherwise decaff, and only one of those ..... boring, hey? But that strong one, I just love the taste.

Yes, I will admit that if I do have a "real" coffee, it is a good one (usually from Cafe Nero!) and I really do enjoy it! It has become a real treat rather than a necessity to see me through the next hour!

The clearing of the garden is prompting me to get back on with the house project indoors.......no (or at least minimal) housework has been done for a while. The children are skiing both Saturday and Sunday, but on Monday I have announced I am "spring cleaning" - hopefully, armed with energy and enthusiasm :rotfl:I will be ruthless and the whole place will have a deep clean.

Bin bags and charity bags at the ready - I will be armed and dangerous :D

Sounds good. I've got a little bit of stuff to take to a charity shop (I'm really keeping on top of that at the mo) and more decluttered paper - tablet instructions from my first aid box, but the tablets are long gone!

Armed and dangerous - my plastic bags have been breeding, can I send you a breeding pair?

We are lucky in that we have had loads of charity bags through the door recently, so I have been able to get rid of bits and pieces as we go. Some are for charities that I don't like, so they don't get the benefit of my cast offs, but the ones that are on my "like list" do rather well when I am in declutter mode!

I still feel though, that I am only scratching the surface.....I need Pania to come and visit as she is the only one I think who has seen it at its worst, to tell me that I have indeed made a difference :rotfl:

Hypno, been out and about the last few days and just caught up on your progress! Well done on the weightloss lady and on getting the garden sorted. Wobbly moments are okay, we all have them and as a capable sort who likes being practical and getting stuff done (like you and me) they can really call the feet from you but as the others say let it out, rant, vent and then carry on with being fabulous!
