Thanks guys - you are stars, as always.
Pickle, you are not too far off - naturally my hair is very dark, although I have had it coloured so a bit lighter, and a layered bob is about right. Blue eyes though. And mad? Yup, sometimes I am
Oh, blue eyes - even better! Mad is good, too. And you may be mad, but that's not the same as having The Laugh. The Laugh would be great in horror movies with deranged psychos. (And the woman works on the kids department!)WI today, and I have lost 4lbs :j:j:j taking me down to 10st 9.5lbs. Only problem is that I have also had to drop a point, and I am now only allowed 18 a day
Well done! *Pickle hides slice of freshly made strawberry cheesecake from computer screen*Please call me 'Pickle'

well done on the weight loss :T DH has suddenly decided to go back on calorie controlled - so my electric scales are coming in handy! No point in doing WW due to cost and he won't go to the meetings - but could do with losing a couple of stone. So I've got my collins gem calorie book back out - and the calculator :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
In the meantime I'm finishing MIL's homemade mince pies to take temptation out of his way - well every little helps0 -
Well done on the 4lbs Hypno - that's brilliant!

As a lurker who is posting a bit more these days I didn't think you sounded your usual upbeat self yesterday ...... but then I dont everyday and I haven't been through everything you have. Give yourself the space for some off days, its natural. I think back to relationship breakdowns when I was younger and I used to almost mourn the loss, as you get older you have to keep going, pay the bills, decorate the house, go to work etc etc so its all bound to catch up in some way. Give yourself some love on such days, a soak in the tub, a chat on the phone with a friend what ever works for you!
Well done on the weight loss this week, I joined back to ww yesterday, a 4 pounds loss would be fantastic!!! XX0 -
