Just been on FB - lovely hair do - is it as easy as hairdresser said to do yourself?

It is good to put a face to the name - funny though you don't look anything like I'd pictured - don't know why but I had you as a blond in my minds eye LOL.

Yes, very easy to look after, just blast it with the hair dryer and voila. I have no time for anything complicated!!

Half way through the week.....off to scratch and bank. Have a good day everyone!

I like the layers, but your hair looks a lot thicker than mine so I probably would get the same effect. And you certainly don't look your age, I would never have put you at nearly 40.

Thanks for the info on Lspeed, such a pain as was really getting into it. Wish I had sent that payment to ppal now!

    Have a good day all

£9 M/shop money arrived in the bank so has been swept over. I have no more M/S booked in, so hopefully some will turn up soon! 20p on a scratch, but V was down so need to revisit that this evening, and get a M/bet on when I get home too.

I am taking some money out of my savings to pay for the garden to be tidied today. I am kidding myself when I think I can keep on top of it, but hopefully the guys today will do 3 times as much in a day as I could even do in a weekend, so it will be much easier to do going forward. Still no progress on getting a cleaner, though :(

I am finding this week tough - the whole "emotional journey" is hitting me - as it does from time to time. OK, it is fab to have got a new haircut and to have bought some smaller jeans, but some things don't change - trying to get and keep our home nice, etc etc etc, and trying still to work out where I am heading. In some ways it seems like a long time since OH left, with much progress on the "re-building" front going on, but in other ways the fact that it is less than 3 months is very apparent.

Ah well, I suppose it is all part of getting through it......*sigh*

((((hugs)))))) You are doing all the things you would have done if you had been DFW together, but he chose to go and you are doing admirably. Blips are allowed, just because you look new doesn't mean you can't scream, rant and rave!

3 months is no time at all, and you have come so far already.

Thanks pippa. I know I am doing well, and I know that there is still stuff to do that takes time. I am slowly making progress with the house and with "me" but like everything, I suppose, it is baby steps, and sometimes I want to have some bloody big strides instead :o
